Roleplaying Tutorial

To be a good roleplayer you must write everything with much detail.
Let's use an example:

> "I have to go somewhere," he says. He walks away.

That's not very good now, is it?
Let's improve it a little more.

> "I have to go somewhere," he says to his friend. After turning around, he slowly walks away.

That's alot better. Although it could be even better!
Let's improve it even more.

> "I have to go," he says to his friend, who is standing next to him, "I must go somewhere." He looks at his friend who nods at him. He turns around, and slowly walks towards the end of the street.

Now that's pretty good. You could easily make it even better, but that's up to you.

I looked up. The sky was clear, no clouds to be seen for miles and miles. The wind calmly blew against my back, while I was riding through a opening in the thick forests near the town of Gaoling. I calmly sat on the saddle on the back of my Ostrich Horse. I stopped my Ostrich Horse for a moment to look at the nature around me. It was truly beautiful. "The nature..." I said, "has it ever been this stunning?" I smiled and pat my Ostrich Horse on his head, and we continued travelling.
We had only just left Gaoling, headed for Ba Sing Se where my sister and mother lived. I hadn't seen them since last winter, several months. Something in the back of my head told me to go see them, now, and this is what I did. I followed my intuition, and here on my way I went.
