Personality: He is often wandering the world looking for jobs wherever he could find them, along with knowledge on how to further his water bending and possibly create a few of his own techniques. He is sometimes found sitting alone somewhere secluded using his water bending to make various ice sculptors with his talents. Do not be fooled by his calm nature however, because just as the moon manipulates the tides he loves to manipulate people… often to his own amusement.
Abilities: Haruko is a talented young man, and quiet smart. He can use his water-bending to make ice sculptors as a hobby. He is also a traveling healer and often helps people get back on their feet for a price…

Appearance: He is often seen in a white shirt covered by a brown leather vest and brown leggings. His hair is jet black and goes down to about neck length, usually windblown as well. He also carries a flask of water and in his vest a small vial of water along with a ring made of ice in the visage of a snake coiled around his right index finger.
History: Born and raised in the northern water tribes he found he had a knack for water bending. He always practiced it as much as he could, whether it be with various chores, catching fish, or even his work. He always used it whenever he could. After a tragic accident one of his friends had during a sparring match however he was devastated with himself. He had thrown small ice darts at his friend ,Ushira, and Ushira couldn’t get his guard up in time and was pelted with them. Four across his chest and one shattered in front of his eye. Haruko quickly rushed to his friends aid and tried to use what he learned to heal his wounds but all he could do was heal the chest wounds. The healers did all they could for Ushira’s eye, but he still remained blind due to the sharp little fragments that entered his eye. In despair Haruko left the northern water tribe… especially after a fight he had with his parents about the situation.

It was a warm morning, the sun was rising and life was once more awakening in the forest in which he laid. “Beautiful morning…” Haruko whispered to himself as he got up into a sitting position, the leaves under him rustling as he did so. He pulled out his water flask and guided the water out of it slowly… making the formless water take shape and then freeze. He then held the small figurine in his hand and started to add the details into the small ice figurine. After a while of tracing various lines into the sculptor and re forming it here and there he had a small ice dragon in his hand, curled up as if sleeping. He looked at it admiringly. He then moved his hand over it and started to make it uncurl and stand in his hand. The dragon started to follow his hand as he moved it about, then he made the small ice dragon jump into the air and take flight. It circled around for a moment, then turned into water once more and went back into the flask. Haruko sat there with a smile on his face… he was getting better.
