Fire Nation Capital City-

Haro stood on a table in the Fire Lotus tea house, ex soldiers packed the tea house from corner to corner not a inch of space between them. "The Fire lord is a coward and a disgrace to our nation. He would have us disband and let our enemies conquer our nation without a fight." Haro's voice filled with rage. "What does he expect us to do become farmers. No we are Warriors, warriors who swore to protect our homeland to the death!" Loud roars and cheers filled the tea house as Haro spoke his voice filling the men with anger and adrenaline. "Even now the water tribe has united and is sailing to the capital, if our fire lord was to have his way we would all be slaves to water benders. Our proud people will be treated like dogs. Woman and elderly will be taken a slaves, I will not stand for it! I will fight the water tribe alone if need be." Haro fists were set ablaze as he stopped his speech, his ears rang from screams and cheers from the crowd.

Haro left the tea house walking along the darkened streets of the capital. He soon made his way to an abandoned house on the outskirts of the city. The house was tarnished and empty. A hidden trap door in the back room of the house lead to large underground passage ways. These tunnels were once used by slavers to deliver their goods to the capital. Now it was just a way for Haro and his men to get into almost anyplace in the city. He was accompanied by his body guards all of which were extremely skilled fire bender. Haro commanded soldiers from all over the fire nation from all ranks. Admirals and generals bowed before him. Haro was a skilled fighter but not as skilled as most in his new found army but they all respected him. Haro was getting stronger everyday, a old ex general was training him teaching him military tactics and new fire bending techniques. Haro was a public speaker bringing even the most pacifist person on the war path, He had his army all he needed now was the set of skills of which he lacked to lead them. Haro needed more power and he would stop at nothing to obtain it.

[sorry about the double post.]

Haro watched as men began to prepare themselves for war. The Fire Nation rebels adorned their amour and weapons eager for a fight. Haro had them drunk on empty promises, the men eager to spill blood. The under ground tunnels under the city were filled with rebels. Haro had three generals leading three separate forces of 500 men each. The rebels were outnumbered but had far more experienced troops, some of the Fire Nations most skilled fighters. Haro held council with his Generals explaining to them his tactics. "Our goal is not to take the royal palace but to hold the capital city, we will force the Fire Lord into a corner by holding his people at ransom. Taking control of the city will be easy but keeping the Fire Lords royal guards and peasant militia at bay will be key. You all have your orders now go." His generals nodded and left the room taking their men with them. The tunnels were filled with men roaring and charging through the underground. The small force of 1500 rebels surfaced in the country side on the outside of the capital. The rebels broke into three groups one group quickly took control of Royal Plaza and Harbor city, while the other two waited at the base of Caldera City just below the zigzagging road which lead to the capital. "Send someone up to the capital to deliver the written message." A general called out to his men. A man dressed in Fire bending Armour stepped forth and took the letter in hand and headed up the mountain. He was soon apprehended by Loyal fire Nation soldiers defending the road which passed the letter on to their commander.
