Agni Kai: Vlace vs. Razor

Vlace enters the Fire Lord's sparring room and sits facing the wall, meditating before the fated Agni Kai. His heart hammers away inside his chest at a normal pace even faced with the prospect of dying. He clears his mind breathing deeply letting the energy in him flow through him.

He meditates and waits for the other people to arrive.

Vlace looked at his best friend the Fire Lord and nodded at him. Vlace moved to a few yards away from the person named Razor and bowed with both fists by his side. He then took a sparing stance ignoring the noise of the crowd and focusing down onto his opponent. This would be a tough opponent. But he was ready.

Vlace stepped towards Razor, matching his movements almost identically but a little delayed. As the lines of fire raced toward him, Vlace rebounded the flames back at Razor adding his own power and flame into it. With each rebound he got closer and closer and closer to Razor cutting the distance in half by the time Razor stopped and kicked the tornado at Vlace. Vlace watched as it raced torward him and focused his mind calming his body and waited till the last possible second before throwing up a shield of fire that the tornado wrapped around creating a roaring sound in the arena.

Vlace didn't wait till the tornado had completely dissipated before starting the retaliatory attack. Razor would have the advantage from long range Vlace realized, so he knew he needed to get close and press his over all physical advantage along with his intimidation factor. He ran towards Razor while throwing forward fire balls just to by him the seconds that it would take to get him close enough to start getting physical.

Vlace isn't phased by the mouth trick and when the blue flame is shot out towards him, he moves with blinding speed and flicks his wrist cutting the flame in half and almost seems to grab within the two separate parts of the flame one by each hand and they become extensions of his arms.

He starts twirling them expertly back and forth fanning the blue flames until they were roaring in his ears and really hot. He swung his arms forward as Razor rushed forward and sent off a ball of blue flame towards him. Vlace can see in Razor's eyes what he wants to do and Vlace turns with Razor as he throws the flaming kick and Vlace blocks it with ease. Vlace smiled knowing that now he had Razor where he wanted him.

Vlace with his flaming arms throws his shoulder attempting to hit Razor's chest and presses the attack. He throws a few punches that singe the air as they are thrown toward Razor.

It all happened fast but these were things he experienced before,As he moved his way behind his opponent,Vlace had managed to turn his dragon into two separate flames on his arms Behind his opponent.

Vlace's Swings came fast but not fast enough.Razor rose up onto his toes using a Powerful bending technique called the Drunken crane. He sat his arms on top of each other he began to spin fast,Flames began to circle him like a tornado burning most of the dust that surronded him under his feet,The flame rose above the balcony that the fire lord stood on.

It then turned into a medium sized tornado. The flaming arms of Vlace added on to the tornado making it larger,as the Fire Tornado grew larger,He stopped spinning bendings his elbows backwards. Collecting the giant flame he made, he dove forward, his arms straight, his legs staight, and his back straight legs pressed together while also bringing the flame with him as the flame coarsed the steel gate of the crowd,turning the gate a dark black as a few yells came from the crowd of people the flame darted towards vlace's whole body ready to burn his chest,face,and legs.

Vlace stood posed watching and impressed his arms feeling cold now that the flames were gone into the massive flame that was hurtling toward him with the man. A unique form, certainly, but something he could take care of. Vlace thought fast through his options and realized that trying to take him in on was suicide. Vlace crouched low and as Razor hurtled toward him jumped as high as he could propelled along by flames jutting out of his feet. As he flew over the tornado he started twisting hard and drew the power out of Razor's attack and used it to fuel his next one. As the flame underneath Vlace got bigger he grimaced from the effort. He focused his own power into the attack and the new tornado turned into a roaring inferno that was blue from the heat and spun so fast the edges were a blur and Vlace found it hard to breathe as the fire sucked the oxygen out of the air.

He could feel himself starting to be drawn into the center of the inferno and he kicked out sending the inferno hurtling toward Razor.

Vlace hadn't waited to see Razor's response to the redirected tornado because he knew that might have been one of the most basic moves in the history of bending. He made fire daggers and released the energy he was sending into the flame that Razor was now using. He was still using the flaming jets to keep himself aloft and as Razor came up released the jets falling sharply just below Razors fist and swung his daggers at Razor's heart at the same time twirling out of reach of the flame.

Vlace looks up at the fire lord confused and disappointed as things were starting to get good but the Fire Lord has his reasons for everything so Vlace bowed at Razor collecting himself and then bowed at the Fire Lord. The crowd was cheering so Vlace raised his hand and waved at them before walking out.

Vlace waits for the Fire Lord to be brought up to date on the newest happenings of the Fire Kingdom.
